Terms & Conditions - Cancellation & Refund Policy

1) Our Booking Charges 500 Rs. Par Person . This Payment not Refund .

a) ( Kstdc and Aptdc packages cancellation policy ) - If a ticket is presented for cancellation more than two days (48 hours) in advance of the check-in date/time, cancellation charge shall be deducted at the flat rate of 20% on ticket value & Rest value after debitting the 20% from the ticket printed amount will be refund to the devottee account/debit/credit card.
b) If the ticket is presented for cancellation within two days (48 hours) in advance and up to one day (24 hours) before the check-in date/time, cancellation charges shall be deducted at a rate of 50% on the ticket value Rest value after debitting the 50% from the ticket printed amount will be refund to the devottee account/debit/credit card
c) No refunds shall be allowed if the ticket is surrendered for cancellation within 1 day (24 hours) before check-in date/time.
d) If someone books the ticket and cancel it before recieveing the tickets by mail, 20% cancellation charge will be applicable on the booking amount.
e) APSRTC quota & TTD darshan passes are non-cancellable and preponement/Postponement not allowed.
f) If someone has recieved the Confirm Darshan Passes, then cancellation is not allowed in case of APSRTC Quota/TTD Quota. Only APTDC/KSTDC/TTDC Packages can be cancelled under specific time duration. Please refer Point (a) & (b) & (c) for cancellation of APTDC/KSTDC/TTDC Packages & Refund rules.
g) Darshan Ticket will be received by mail within 2-3 Days after confirm booking.
h) In Case of APTDC/KSTDC/TTDC packages, Special Entry Darshan Pass is included in the package which starts from Bangalore/Chennai through AC Volvo Bus. Devottee does not need to travel by Bus compulsarily. If someone reaches at Tirupati directly, then he/she has to meet the tour guide at 5 AM & collect their Darshan pass from the guide. Without meeting the guide, Darshan are not possible.
i) In Case of APSRTC Quota Darshan pass, Travelling by bus is not necessary. The bus pass is just for taking the print and carry with Darshan Pass. Darshan passes are not valid without bus pass. If someone cancels the Bus pass, Darshan passes will be invalid automatically. Take print of both bus pass & Darshan pass and report at special entry.
j) The refund will be completed within 12-15 working days after the cancellation mail received from the customer.


Important Information To the Pilgrims During Darshan: -

1. In view of Covid-19, all the pilgrims, a) Should maintain social distancing, b) Should wear face mask,   c) Should Co-Operate for thermal checking & d) Should carry personal sanitizer.
2. At the time of entry, all the pilgrims should carry individual ticket and shall produce the same original Photo ID used during booking.
3. The Pilgrims shall wear traditional dress only.
    Male: Dhoti,Shirt/Kurtha, Pyjama.
    Female:Saree/Half Saree/Chudidar with dupatta.s
4. All the pilgrims shall report as per their time slot only and should not carry any luggage/electronic gadgets while reporting.
5. Pilgrim having darshan slot will be allowed through Alipiri/Srivari Mettu Foothpaths,only after 9 AM on the previous day of darshan.
6. Pilgrims shall collect the Prasadam within 24 Hrs from the reporting time for Darshan.
7. All bookings are final; Postponement / Advancement / Cancellation / Refund is not allowed.
8. Tirupati Balaji Tourism reserves the right of cancellation of Darshan Passes under Special Circumstances .
